This is an open virtual space that is characterized by an inter-disciplinary methodology, a critical and reflective approach, and rigorous methods. The main objective is to promote study, research, and debate about issues relating to the university world. These are essential to values training and the critical analysis of global trends in Higher Education.

Aims

GENERAL AIMS:
 
To create broad-based and participatory virtual areas that promote high level exchange and contribute to the improvement of Higher Education systems in the Americas.

SPECIFIC AIMS:

To encourage philosophical reflection by organizing debate forums, and to promote the interchange of ideas and the creation of initiatives about subjects related to Higher Education and its development.

To participate in knowledge generation about key themes in the university world that are essential to values training and the critical analysis of global trends in Higher Education.
To function as permanent study spaces for innovation strategies and consultancy about issues relating to university management.
To focus on the key themes of the fora: to encourage the participation of university experts, researchers, specialists, and public and private institutions.

The main services provided by the Forum are:
 
The publication of interesting articles about topics raised in the Inter-America Fora.
To have the opportunity to publish multimedia material such as videos, photos, presentations and so on via Web 2.0 tools.
